The official application needs a Spanish or EU digital certificate. If you do not have one, send us your details and we will file it, usually within 24 hours.
We are a private company. Not affiliated with the Generalitat de Catalunya or any public administration.
The Generalitat issues this licence through an online portal that will not let you in without a Spanish or EU digital certificate — an idCAT, a DNIe, or an eIDAS certificate from your own country. Almost no visitor has one, and you cannot get one quickly. The alternative is an office appointment, in working hours, conducted in Catalan and Spanish.
We hold a certificate, so we can file on your behalf. You fill in one form, pay one total, and the licence arrives by email — usually the same working day. It is the same licence, from the same register, valid in exactly the same way.
Choose how long you need
One licence covers both sea and inland fishing, from the shore or from a boat. Every price below is the total you pay — nothing is added afterwards.

Every price in this table is the total you pay us — it already includes the Generalitat’s official licence fee, which we pass on at cost, plus our €5 service fee. There is nothing else to pay afterwards. We are a private company and are not affiliated with any public administration.
How it works

Tell us who is fishing
Everything the Generalitat asks for: your full name, date of birth, nationality, and the type and number of your passport, DNI or NIE. Then which licence you want and the first day you plan to fish. We ask for the document number only — never a photograph or a scan.

We check it and send you one payment link
We confirm your details will be accepted before you pay anything. The link shows one total, with the Generalitat’s fee and our service fee itemised inside it. If your case turns out to be free — under 18, over 65, recognised disability — we tell you and charge only our €5.

You get the licence by email
Usually within 24 working hours of payment. Save it to your phone and carry it while you fish. We then delete your identity details from our systems within 30 days — we keep the invoice, which does not contain them.

Straight answers
Are you the government, or working for it?
No. We are a private company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Generalitat de Catalunya, Barcelona City Council or any other public administration. We are a paid intermediary, and the licence itself is issued by the Generalitat exactly as it would be if you filed it yourself.
Is my licence any different from one I applied for myself?
No. It is the same licence, from the same register, valid in exactly the same way. You are paying us for the filing, not for a different or better document.
Why does this cost more than the official fee?
It does not, by much. The Generalitat’s fee is the same figure it would be if you filed it yourself, passed on at cost, and our work is €5 on top. That €5 covers holding the digital certificate the portal demands, filing the application correctly the first time, and answering you if something goes wrong. The official route without a certificate means an office appointment in working hours, in Catalan or Spanish.
What if the application is rejected?
If the Generalitat rejects the application for any reason that is not false information from you, we refund our service fee in full and pass on any government fee refund we receive. If it is rejected because the details you gave were wrong, we will refile once at no extra charge.
Where does my passport number actually go?
Into the Generalitat’s licence application, and nowhere else. It reaches us over an encrypted connection, is held only until the licence is issued, and is deleted within 30 days. We never ask for a photograph or a scan of the document, we do not sell or share it, and we do not use it for marketing. The invoice we keep for tax law does not contain it.
Can I cancel?
Yes, until we file. Because this is a service you are asking us to perform inside the 14-day withdrawal period, we ask you to confirm at checkout that you want us to start immediately and understand that you lose the right of withdrawal once the licence has been issued. Before we file, cancel for a full refund by replying to your confirmation email.
